Hotel Breakwater was originally built in 1939 and it became legendary in the 80’s when Calvin Klein lounged the ‘Obsession’ campaign, featuring super model Kate Moss and shot on top of our famous roof top.

After being closed for 5 years, Hotel Breakwater is now under the umbrella of the Fashion Icon Jordache Jeans and we opened our doors on July 1, 2011, after a multimillion dollar renovation.

Our beautiful roof top terrace has breathtaking views of the South Beach scene and the Atlantic ocean. Our roof top is not just a space to hold your event; it is the hottest spot of South Beach. We are a historical building; an icon of the Art Deco District.
