Nearly 13 kilograms of cocaine is reported as having been seized from a cruise ship believed to be P&O Cruises¡¯ Aurora on 25 January 2012 when the ship was docked in San Francisco. According to Cruise Critic, a spokesman from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency confirmed that seven kilograms of the drug had been seized from an Australia passenger¡¯s cabin with a further five kilograms from the cabin of a New Zealand couple. Discovered inside luggage, the cocaine is believed to have a street value of approximately US$1 million.
