2012 Date Announcement for 2nd Annual Europe Meeting & Incentive Travel Exchange

Europe Meeting & Incentive Travel Exchange (EMITE), held in partnership with Site and part of Global Meeting & Incentive Travel Exchanges, has announced its 2012 dates as 1-4 November, at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London.

The second annual Europe Meeting & Incentive Travel Exchange will continue to deliver a unique one-to-one appointment-based event. It will bring together pre-qualified, high-volume hosted European buyers with travel suppliers from around the world to meet in private, productive appointments over 2 days in individual appointment suites.  

“EMITE 2011 was a resounding success and we’ve received overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants and suppliers of this year’s event,” stated Jennifer Fernandez, EMITE show and event director. “Our event delivers a compelling selling proposition for suppliers and provides a powerful value opportunity for selected buyers as they can meet with qualified suppliers in a way that smartly utilizes their time out of the office. We’re looking forward to 2012 and returning to London at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge!”

About supplier positions
Applications are being accepted from global travel companies including hotels and resorts, spas, destinations, cruise lines, destination management companies and others representing MICE travel options. About buyer positions
EMITE 2012 buyer applications will be accepted from European MICE buyers with global business starting in late spring, 2012. European buyers should contact EMITE Buyer Relations Director, Emma Waycot at emitebuyerrelations@questex.com if they are interesting in applying for next year’s event.
